Good food but they’re not organized and prepared for busy evenings. I placed my order online at 3 o’clock to have it ready at 6 but still waited in line for 30 minutes. Ridiculous!

Fantastic St. Louis style pizza. If you haven't tried it, you NEED to. It's a bit expensive, but you get a cracker crust and creamy (provel) cheese. The dining area isn't too large but you can almost always find a place to sit. They have a choose-your-flavor Coke machine. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. Everything is fine, but the pizza is what really shines. Order a larger size pizza than you typically would. Trust me, you'll eat it.

My husband introduced me to Imos in Saint Louis ten years ago. To have a local Imos Pizza is wonderful treat. The pizza is made with great quality ingredients and their house Italian dressing is amazing!

Wow I came to a party here, and this remodeled location is much better than I remember years ago.Now it's a fun place with plenty of large screens for football, some prize machines with tickets for the kids, modern casual ambiance, and the pizza isn't terrible like it used to be.The pepperoni is the best thing here, gotta love the small curled slices all over the pizza.

I am sad to say that this pizza place only is available in St. Louis and the one where we ate in Missouri near Kansas City. It was clean and friendly and the pizza was amazingly good if you like thin crust. The sauce was yummy and the cheese different yet good. It's a must try if you anywhere near one.

Takes me back to St. Louis... love this pizza. Now my great grandson does too. Our fav hangout on days together

Always love this place. It's a 20 minute drive but well worth it. We need more locations though.

I guess it’s technically pizza, in that there’s flour, tomato sauce, cheese, etc. weird concept though...pizza is on a crust that’s literally cracker thin. Cheese isn’t traditional mozzarella...more like a strange creamy species. Unimpressive to me, but to each their own.

Service is slower than other pizza places, but the pizza definitely made up for it. Cheese was perfect, any toppings works great. The roasted beef sandwich was well priced.

I been with imos as customer for 20 plus year and I spend. Over 130 every time I go in and on Saturday I have to say goodbye the owners and manager think it was cool for them to burn 4 pizza and say it's well done when I been getting well done for years and burnt and we'll done is not the same if I was you guys don't eat at the one on 135 th and overland part because they feel it was okay to take my money and. I'm left with burnt food and alot of manager and staff with negative emotions...

Our favorite thin-crust pizza! I keep reminding myself that they have a beautiful dining room. But it is so easy to order online for quick delivery. Keep up the great work!

Always wonderful pizza. Sad that this is the only location in Kansas City. This facility is pretty clean with a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is quite friendly as if you are a regular. Need to open Imo's Pizza in Omaha!!!

I really enjoyed the food it brings a bit of my hometown, St Louis, to me. The food is absolutely delicious and service was great.

First time. One of the thinnest pizzas I have ever seen. Great flavors. Had lunch special. 8" perfect size with garlic cheese bread and drink. The menu looks great. am looking forward to trying more items off it.

Always busy and has the best pizza ever...sign up for the club before you go so you can get a free order of provolone cheese balls. Sooo good!

Called in my order and it was ready for me as I walked in the door. Ate in the restaurant. Great pizza, a tad pricey, but the food is really good! I do like coming her when I am in town. Love the flavor of the sauce and the cheese and the thin crust too.

This is some of the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I love st. Louis style and usually always go to Leo's Pizza and decided to try imos but deeply regret it. Poor sauce , bland cheese and spotty flavor.

Good thin crust pizza and friendly employees. The best part was the nice cheese on the salad. It tasted like cheese curds. The range of toppings is limited and fairly ordinary. It was also a little overpriced. A 14-inch pizza, two soft drinks and two side salads came to over $30.

Used to be better. Last time I went and ordered a pizza, it hardly had any cheese on it. The cheese (provel) was the only reason I went there. Food cost, food cost, food cost. Gotta save that money and while your at it screw the customers over. I feel like this is the corporate americas way with food chains lately.

I haven't had Imo's about in about 2 years and it tastes just as good as I thought it would taste. There's only one thing I wish they would bring their prices down

Great pizza joint. Great management and team behind the pizza. I'm addicted to the lunch special deluxe pizza.

We were looking for something other than the usual places we go. Pizza sounded great, so we consulted yelp. We have lived near here 3 years, and somehow have never experienced this hidden gem. We will definately be back. The place was a hustle and bustle of families coming and going with plenty of seating both inside and out. Enjoy!

Used to live in the St. Louis area and thought I wouldn't get to taste Imo's again after moving to KC until I learned about this one location. As others have mentioned, this location is the real deal and the same quality as Imo's in St. Louis. I've only ever done dine-in but the quality and service has always been great and the pizzas come out fast and perfectly prepared. If you've never had St. Louis style pizza you owe it to yourself to visit here - provel cheese is hard to beat.

Very good pizza, not quite as good as original in St. Louis, but it is good, and the service was outstanding!

Clean warm and inviting atmosphere inside. Friendly staff. As a St. Louis native, this was a welcome throwback to home. Fresh piping hot pizza and crispy meat filled toasted ravs.

My favorite place!

Liked cheese pizza and a special specific type of pizza with jalapenos bacon cheese the owners delighted us with . Which my daughter orders all the time since working takeout orders few years ago. Clean bathrooms neat setting and tables. Sat in booth to right of entrance. Not much noise except piped in music besides wo TV screens to watch.

The wait was expected, about 15 minutes for a two topping 10 in. The flavor and quality was exceptional! Truly recommend that everyone and anyone get a pizza often 😉

Ordered some thin crust pizza and a salad for carry out. The salad itself was probably the highlight of the entire meal unfortunately ... the pizza especially the sauce had this weird taste to it. Otherwise it was pretty good. I do stop in here very once in a while and have had some pretty good pizza (St. Louis is a goooood one) but this one was weird.

Please eat here. One of the last Imo’s in KC area! There’s no other pizza like pizza covered in hot, melty provel cheese. (a combination of cheddar, Swiss, and provolone cheeses) 🍕

I love Imo's so much. A coworker and I debated between here and another restaurant with similar pizza, but in the end it was a no brainer. The pizza is best here and the salad is so perfect. They don't skimp on the cheese here. So tasty!

St. Louis style pizza is my absolute favorite, and being about 260 miles away from St. Louis makes acquiring it difficult. But thankfully there is Imo's and they are great. Cracker thin pizza with provel cheese is just something you cannot top and they do it spectacularly. They also have a wide variety of pastas and other dishes for those who are craving something different, and those too are pretty darn good. Going to Imo's pizza brought me back to having St. Louis Style pizza when I was a child and my last visit was an experience that my entire family cherished. And I mean cherished, it was that good. I will be coming back here many many many more times in the future.

GH deliver was quick and easy nice of them to be on the app. Pizza was great there is less seasoning/spices from when I was a child but still got that same great flavor. Would have liked maybe like some seasoning packets on the side.Edit: still would love some kind of extra seasoning on the side but I upped it to five stars because I can’t stop ordering here.

Having a place to get Imo's in the KC area is great. I remember eating this all the time back home. So not only am I happy to have the unique provel covered covered creation, but the memories it also brings back. I'm aware it may not be for everyone, from the cracker thin crust or the unique provel cheese. For me, it's more than just pizza.

Must have an appetite for the cheese that they use on their pizzas. If you're not accustomed to the cheese that they use, you probably will not enjoy it. I do like the extremely thin crust however.For a pizza joint, the costs were a bit on the pricier side.
